That's the Delti Phi dance in Ogden, I think. Before we were married. That's the dress I made the year before, for the centennial dance at the Salt Palace for the Young Women's organization--stake assignment. I was one of the "trained" dancers to help get the old dances started at the Centennial Ball--we practiced at the stake center for months. Thanks for finding the picture Emy, I didn't know anyone had that one.
