Mom and I were talking about Flax today. Emy and I bought this from a demostration lady at Costco and use it all the time. Just sprinkle it on cereal, in smoothies, on a PB & J sandwich, in soup. I've been getting one from Trader Joe's. They also sell a whole flax seed that is roasted. It is fantastic. I love the taste the whole roasted seeds give to oatmeal, asparagus, salads
