Well I thought that I tough enough to do this one time workout..and boy was I wrong. Basically it is a series of workouts you do in single sets without resting and it ends up being a cardio and strength training. I made it about half way before collapsing in exhaustion. (I did the five hundred not the 100 or 1000) All you triathlon-ers should try it...don't make me feel too bad when you do it a few times without much effort. Good luck.(by the way I made it part way through the lunges before collapsing so let me know how you guys do)

I haven't tried it yet. I'll see tomorrow how it goes. I probably won't be able to do the 25 pullups. It looks a little bit lopsided. If you don't work all of your antithesis muscles you're body is going to turn out all weird shaped and stuff (kind of like Matt). This workout is a quick way to get toned and pretty strong, but your body needs an even balance to stay healthy.
I hope you guys have fun! I can't even do a situp.
