Amy's "office," there are these really big mirrors all over the place. I think whoever lived there before, placed the mirrors strategically so that they could watch tv from any room in the house.
The kitchen is very nice, with plenty of room. The window looks out into the little courtyard and there is also a closet for the washer and dryer.
The courtyard where Amy takes tea in the afternoon and plans to grow a small vegetable garden.
The Master bedroom with attached bathroom and shower.
The book room with comfortchair and fireplace - not that she'll need the fireplace because the average temperature of Irvine, CA is somewhere about 70 degrees, the lowest is just about 40. But do note the high cielings.

Don't ya think all the mirrors for watching TV were the selling point for Amy? Can totally see her whiling away the day watching the tube. And Pete, book room? Don't we call that a library?
